After having worked in a number of roles at IMC, I became HR Manager – a role that I love!
My job involves recruitment, staff retention and maintaining IMC’s core values. The most inspiring part of my job is being able to help make IMC the best place to work.That’s made so much easier due to the fact that we have such a loyal team with many staff celebrating over 10 years working with us! I’m married with a son and daughter and have a dog – Coco, whose second home is my office! I relax by spending time with the family and friends. I love holidays in the sun and fit in a holiday with my Mum every year too.
